In this model of hiring a dedicated designer/ developer is hired by you from us on fixed monthly costs and we treat them as your own extended employees working in our premises. The dedicated designer/ developer hired by you are managed directly by you or the project manager at your end using our Project Management System and thus ensure maximum efficiency, cost savings & direct control over their operations. Here is how it works:
1. Each dedicated designer/ developer hired by you, works for you for 22 Days in a month and delivers a minimum of 176 hours of production towards your project.
2. The project management control lies with you using our Project Management System called My Project Desk.
3. The communication between you and the professional hired by you is done through My Project Desk, Email, Chat and Phone.
4. The design/ development work is carried out during 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST (Mon - Fri) at our office premises in Jaipur, India.
5. The invoice is sent to you on monthly basis at an interval of 30 days and the payments are required to be made in advance for the current month.
6. The invoice is reduced proportionately if the number of work days are less than 22 during any given month, i.e., if your designer/ developer works only for 11 days during a given month for some reason, then you have to pay only half the fees. In such a circumstance you will be intimated appropriately with the reason of the absence of the professional hired by you.
7. If the number of work days are more than 22 for any given month then the billing remains the same, i.e., if you get 23 work days between 1 - 31 of any month then you enjoy the remaining 1 day totally free of all costs.
8. No deduction is made if the programmer has delivered 176 hours in any given month.

2. The project management control lies with you using our Project Management System called My Project Desk.
3. The communication between you and the professional hired by you is done through My Project Desk, Email, Chat and Phone.
4. The design/ development work is carried out during 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST (Mon - Fri) at our office premises in Jaipur, India..
5. The invoice is sent to you on monthly basis at an interval of 30 days and the payments are required to be made in advance for the current month.
6. The invoice is reduced proportionately if the numbers of work hours are less than 88 hours during any given month, i.e., if your designer/ developer work only for 70 hours during a given month for some reason, then you have to pay the fees only for 70 hours. In such a circumstance you will be intimated appropriately with the reason of the absence of the professional hired by you.

1. You need to hire our developers/designers for a minimum 10 hrs duration.
2. The project management control lies with you using our Project Management System called My Project Desk.
3. The communication between you and the professional hired by you is done through My Project Desk, Email, Chat and Phone.
4. Our developers/designers work on the chosen duration between office hours in India as and when required by you.

6. The payment in "Hourly Hiring" is done weekly and in advance. We follow the "No Work, No Billing" strategy in this model of hiring.
